White bread isĀ bad for you.
It’s got no nutrients, it causes a spike in your blood sugar and makes you fat.
At least that’s the narrative we’ve heard.
Now a new study in Pure Wow turns the tables on that…they discovered that no matterĀ what kind of bread you eat, regular ol’ white or artisan whole-wheat, you’ll get the same spike.
Wheat may have more fiber…but they’re essentially the same.
