Kohl’s bicycle helmet giveaway

The Upstate Foundation and Golisano Children’s Hospital along with the Kohl’s Care Helmet Safety Program are handing out free children’s bicycle helmets while they last at the Coddington Road Community Center in Ithaca Saturday, October 21st from Noon-2pm!
