Life “little victories”

Remember that time you cleaned out your jeans pockets while doing laundry and found a $20?

Bet you did a little happy dance!

A new study found that those little “wins” are enough to motivate us for the rest of the day…and not just that…people also love hearing about them!

So what are some of life’s “little victories”?

  • Getting into fresh bedding at the end of the day
  • Getting a surprise pay raise
  • Getting an extra hour in bed
  • Remembering to cancel a subscription before the free trial ends
  • Getting a free cup of coffee from a coffee shop
  • Dropping a glass without it breaking
  • Successfully poaching an egg
  • Getting likes on social media
  • Loading the dishwasher perfectly
  • Finding the perfect parking spot

Oh…and hearing your favorite song on the radio…that one we’ve got covered for you!
