Lose weight…with chocolate?

Remember when Mom said “No candy before dinner or you’ll ruin your appetite?”

Well, it may depend on what candy!

A new study in the Daily Mail suggests that a small amount of dark chocolate before dinner can actually help you eat less, therefore help you lose weight.

Hey…worth a shot, right? 😉

BTW another Daily Mail report finds that eating apples regularly can lead to lower BMI and lower cancer risk, too!
