Nap for your heart ❤

Do you take naps? You should!

A new Swiss study in Time finds that taking naps is actually really good for your heart!

People who take one or two naps a week have a lower risk of heart disease and strokes than people who don’t.

Since no one gets enough sleep anymore, naps are a good way to catch up a little bit, which is good for your heart and they help reduce your stress, which has a similar effect.

(Twist our arm!)

So the next time your boss catches you catching a few Z’s… just tell him you’re being healthy!
