New COVID-19 “house rules”

If 2020 has turned you into “Monk”, the TV detective who’s also a manic germaphobe, don’t worry…you’re not alone!

Here are the most-common new “house rules” parents have added this year due to COVID-19:

  • You have to wash your hands as soon as you walk in the door
  • Cleaning doorknobs and other high-contact surfaces on a regular basis
  • If you’re around a lot of people, you have to shower as soon as you get home
  • Wiping down packages before you open them

What are the rules parents have relaxed?

  • Eating in front of the TV
  • Letting kids stay up past their bedtime
  • Dirty clothes on the floor
  • Phones at the dinner table

What are your “new rules”?
