Office holiday party no-no’s

‘Tis the season for holidays parties…and maybe your workplace is having one this week or next…fun!

There are some no-no’s at office Christmas parties you’ll want to avoid, according to the NY Post.

If you can avoid #1 on the list, you’ll have a much better chance of avoiding the rest:

  1. Don’t get hammered…drink in moderation or not at all
  2. Don’t overshare…the vibe might be casual but remember you’re still at work
  3. Don’t mix business and romance…keep all your interactons professional
  4. Don’t ignore the dress code…it’s never a good look to show up underdressed
  5. Don’t post anything without consent..smart all the time, not just at parties

HR experts say that even if you’re a model employee doing any of these things can wreck your reputation and damage your career.

So you CAN have fun…just don’t overdo it! 🍸🎅🎄🎁
