Our morning “shortcuts”

Running late…again?

You’re not alone…Yahoo reports 72% of us rush out the door at least once a week…sometimes more!

And when we do…we take a few “shortcuts”…like:

  • Skipping breakfast completely
  • Coffee for breakfast but no food
  • Not washing your hair, because it takes too long to dry
  • Washing your hair, but not drying it
  • Not packing a lunch
  • Not brushing your teeth
  • Doing your make-up in the car or on your commute
  • Wearing whatever’s easiest, even if it doesn’t match
  • Wearing glasses instead of contacts

There are, of course, consequences of all of this including hunger, tiredness, grumpiness, digestive issues, a lack of focus and bad breath from not brushing.

What do you skip in the mornings if you’re running late?
