Our top New Year’s resolutions

Happy New Year!

Have you made any resolutions?

A YouGov poll found 37% of us were planning to make a resolution this year and another 17% said they might.

Here are the most popular ones:

  • Saving money
  • Being healthier in general
  • Working out more
  • Eating better
  • Losing some weight
  • Trying to be happier in general
  • Paying down debt
  • Improving our mental health
  • Spending more time with family
  • Learning something new

Of those who made a resolution or two, only 8% say they probably won’t follow through…87% said they achieve their goals, even though statistically more than half won’t.
