Parenting and “Me-time”

If you’re a parent, you know you don’t get much “me-time”….but did you know it’s only 21 minutes a day?

And according to a new survey in the New York Post moms get even LESS…only 15 minutes of “time off” daily.

The average parent also eats 156 meals a year standing upalmost half 47% of never get a day off from parenting even when they’re sick…and feel sick or exhausted 84 days of the year…or almost THREE full months!

Maybe that’s why over half say parenting’s made them gain weight and that over 60% choose their pets health over their own!

So…who wants to have another one? Show of hands?
