Pizza for BREAKFAST?

What do you eat for breakfast? Yogurt? A muffin or bagel? Cereal?

You may want to swap it out with pizza!

Dietician Chelsey Amer tells the Chicago Tribune it’s actually be BETTER for you than cereal and some other popular breakfast choices.

Turns out the average slice of pizza has the same amount of calories as a bowl of cereal with whole milk but the slice packs a much larger protein punch that will keep you full all morning.

Better still is that it has more fat and much less sugar so you won’t experience that quick sugar crash you often do.

Dave’s willing to try it…how about you? 🍕
