I guess the college kids have it right!
A slice of cold pizza in the morning is better for you than most breakfast foods, according to Eat This.
It’s wayyyyy better for you than a bowl of cereal…it contains the same amount of calories but packs a much bigger protein punch which will keep you full and satisfied throughout the morning…oh, and no “sugar crash” either!
Oatmeal, berries and yogurt are all healthier…but don’t sleep on pizza as a quick way to start the day!
