A new University of Georgia study discovered that a glass of wine or beer (or two) a day is GOOD for you!
People who have one or two drinks a day were 29% less likely to show signs of mental decline as they got older than people who never drink.
It works out to about seven to 14 drinks a week…just not all at the same time!
