New Year’s Resolutions are sooooo 2020 (and look how that turned out)!
A new survey in Yahoo News found 67% of us are setting “micro-goals” for 2021 which are less ambitious but more achievable.
The most common ones?
- Eating less takeout or fast food
- Maintaining my weight
- Eating more nutritious food for lunch
- Drinking more water
- Taking vitamins
- Getting outside more
- Meditating for a few minutes every day
- Prepping some meals in advance
- Swapping healthier ingredients into foods
- Walking or biking instead of driving when possibleĀ
