Setting “micro-goals” for 2021

New Year’s Resolutions are sooooo 2020 (and look how that turned out)!

A new survey in Yahoo News found 67% of us are setting “micro-goals” for 2021 which are less ambitious but more achievable.

The most common ones?

  • Eating less takeout or fast food
  • Maintaining my weight
  • Eating more nutritious food for lunch
  • Drinking more water
  • Taking vitamins
  • Getting outside more
  • Meditating for a few minutes every day
  • Prepping some meals in advance
  • Swapping healthier ingredients into foods
  • Walking or biking instead of driving when possible

What “micro-goals” would you make?
