Maybe you should…if you’re a dog owner!
A new study by the Mayo Clinic in the Daily Mirror found that people who let their dogs sleep in their bedroom either in their bed or on the floor slept better than those who didn’t allow it.
It also didn’t matter how big the dog was or how much it moved during the night!
They say that many dog owners find comfort and a sense of security from sleeping with their pets which allows them to get a better night’s rest.
Just make sure you get some of the covers!
