Sunburn remedies in your home

Despite our best efforts, sometimes we end up with sunburns…even when we protect ourselves.

Did you know there are many home remedies you may already have in your home?

The Sun (ironically!) says that Greek yogurt can help soothe sunburned areas…so can cucumbers and even carrots.

Applying honey to the skin for 20 minutes and rinsing it off can also have an anti-inflammatory effect!

So next time skip the chemicals and try it!
