We say it all of the time…you’ve got to take care of yourself first before you can take care of others.
Most of us, though, aren’t particularly good at doing that…in fact a new survey found over 6% of us feel GUILTY when we carve out some “me” time.
When we do, here’s what we do to recharge:
- Exercise
- Nap or sleep in
- Spend some time alone
- Take a bath
- Stretch or do yoga
- Meditate
- Get a massage
- Have a relaxing meal or a drink
- Skin care
- Read
