What’s the #1 thing job seekers are looking for today?

The ability to work from home.

Almost half of those polled said it’s their top priority.

That’s not all…almost 3 in 4 of us won’t even consider working for a company if they can’t work from home at least some of the time!

It’s not always greener on the other side, though.

The biggest challenges for at-home workers areĀ  the lack of office equipment (like industrial printers), difficulty communicating with coworkers and too many distractions.
