The New York Times reports that women over 50 who drink one to three cups of caffeinated coffee a day are more likely to reach older age free from chronic diseases and with good cognitive, physical and mental health!
In fact, the American Heart Association found that having three to five cups of coffee is associated with the lowest overall cardiovascular risks, after considering other factors, for all age groups!
Decaffeinated coffee and tea did NOT have the same benefit in the University of Toronto study…and drinking caffeinated sodas actually has the opposite effect!
So don’t feel guilty…and pour us another cup while you’re at it!
