The best day of the week to take off

Start working on your “cough” today.

Quartz says the best day of the week to take off is tomorrow (Wednesday)!

Why?

Rather than the five-day, two days off routine, we work two days, get a day off, work two more days and then get two days off.

A break in that routine will help you feel less stressed and overwhelmed at work because you’re not staring down yet another five-day week.

You’ll also feel more excited about your time off because it’s such a non-traditional day off…almost like having an adult snow day! ☃

Not to mention that on Wednesdays things you might like to do (restaurants, movies) are less crowded…win/win!

So I guess we’ll see you Thursday!
