When’s the best time to fall asleep…for your heart?
Dave’s bedtime…between 10-11pm, according to NBC News!
Sleep researchers tracked and analyzed data from more than 88,000 adults over six years and found that 12% greater risk of cardiovascular disease among people who go to bed between 11pm-Midnight and a 25% higher risk among people who fell asleep after Midnight.
And it’s not just night owls…people who fall asleep earlier than 10pm had a 24% increased risk of heart disease.
They think our body’s internal clock gets disrupted by going to bed either too late or too early which has adverse effects on our heart.
