The website FitRated did a huge survey on the music we like to listen to when working out…and Lady Gaga tops the list.
Pop music is what we exercise to the most…followed by Hip-Hop, Classic Rock, Alternative, EDM and Metal (Jen’s favorite!).
Lady G tops the Pop category…Hip-Hoppers like The Weeknd…Classic Rockers listen to Queen…for Alt-Rockers it’s the Red Hot Chili Peppers…EDM’ers work out with the Chainsmokers…and Metalheads love Metallica…well, of COURSE they do!
BTW if you’re looking to kick up your workout, listening to rap music leads to the most intense workouts.
