You’ll want to preheat the grill for about 15 minutes before you put the meat on.
Also make sure you have a digital thermometer to keep tabs on it…and don’t put your sauces on until it’s almost cooked.
Oh, BTW…don’t press down on the burgers with your spatula (like Dave does)…you’ll lose all those delicious juices!
