You should add some more cheese to your diet, according to Bustle.
Penn State researchers discovered that if you eat a lot of salt, one of the best ways to keep your heart healthy is to also eat a lot of cheese.
The found that when participants ate a lot of salt and also ate four servings of cheese their blood vessels became stronger which lowers your chance of having heart problems.
The healthiest people in the study were the ones who didn’t eat a lot of either salt or cheese…but if you have to have your salt, balance it out with a Gouda or two.
