The dinner rules KIDS would have

It’s tough being a kid…everyone telling you what to do…especially at dinner!

Well, what if the dinner tables were turned? 🤔

A recent survey in Express asked 1,000 kids between 6-16 the rules THEY’D make at mealtime:

  • You can leave the table and don’t have to wait until everyone else is done
  • Dinner should last no more than 30 minutes
  • You can eat in front of the TV if you want to
  • They get to choose how much food goes on their plate
  • You can have whatever you want to drink (including soda)
  • You can eat dinner in your pajamas
  • Everyone gets to choose what they want to eat…so, separate dinners!
  • They can play their music if they want to
  • You can have dessert at any point, not just after the meal
  • Phones are allowed at the table
  • Silverware is optional, so you can eat anything with your hands

What do kids want on their plates?

Take a wild guess: Pizza, burgers and chicken nuggets!
