The hazards of binge-watching

Netflix and chill is part of our vocabulary now…if not part of our lives.

All that binge-watching of your favorite shows is slowly taking its toll on you, according to the New York Post.

People who watched more than four hours of TV a day have twice the risk of dying from an inflammatory disease like diabetes, asthma, kidney disease and Alzheimer’s.

The solution? Get up and move…even just a small a break can make a BIG difference!

Of course you could just turn off your devices and go for a walk…that works, too! 😉
