The heat is on this week as we head to the first day of Summer Saturday!

Then there’s this…is it safe to sit in air conditioning all day?

An allergy specialist in PureWow says yes…there’s no evidence that it spreads coronavirus around…but be sure to clean your vents and filters frequently to eliminate dust mites, mold and other irritants.
