The key to living longer? Art! 🎨

How would you like to live up to 10 years longer?

Pick up a paint brush!

The Telegraph reports on a groundbreaking new study by a neurologist at Johns Hopkins University that discovered by spending about 45 minutes a day doing some kind of art you enjoy you can extend your lifespan.

It’s doesn’t make a difference what kind of artistic endeavor it is…coloring, painting, dancing, singing, knitting, writing poetry…it ALL works!

Turns out when you really get into your art, the amount of stress chemicals in your body drop rapidly and that leads directly to a longer, healthier life!

Now where’s my easel?
