The key to living healthy? Movement!

What’s the secret to living a long, healthy life?

Moving!

A health and fitness expert told CNN

that there are actually three different types of movement we should get every week:

  • Everyday movement like walking, stretching and bending
  • Athletic movement like cardio and weight training a few times a week
  • Social movement involving others like golf, dancing or pickleball

A good balance of movement will help you achieve a good balance of life!
