The key to productivity? Naps! 😴

What’s the key to getting more done…and feeling good about it?

A little shut-eye! 😴

Metro reports that people who regularly take naps are more productive and happier than those who don’t…plus they’re also more career-driven and have a better work-life balance.

But how many people are actually napping?

YouGov says 9% of adults nap every day…and another 8% nap five or six days a week.

So about one in six of us knock off for a bit.

On the flip side, 30% of people say they NEVER take naps!
