The keys to happiness 😃

What are the keys to happiness?

Think time!

A new study in the Independent found the #1 thing that makes us happy is spending quality time with our family.

Time took the top three spots with having time to yourself and spending time with friends in the top three…followed by being outdoors more, sleeping well, indulging in your favorite hobby, delicious food (especially if it’s good for you!), continuing to learn and discover new things, eating healthy and exercising.

Researchers also discovered that 20% of us spend less than 30 minutes a day on things that truly make us happy.

So make some time to find more time to enjoy what’s important to us every day.
