The most DANGEROUS Thanksgiving dish

Food scientists have a field day with Thanksgiving!

They say that your meal could be loaded with illness and bacteria!

Why?

We tend to mishandle the meal or leave it out too long.

The most dangerous food on your Thanksgiving table?

The turkey, according to HuffPost!

It’s often handled in large quantities by people who only cook it once or twice a year and there are several points in the process where things can easily go wrong like thawing, washing, stuffing and cooking.

Leaving the bird out too long also invites bacteria so store the bird in the refrigerator two hours after serving to avoid any food-bourne illnesses.

We can’t help you with your relatives who turn your stomach! 😉
