US News and World Report has once again released its ranking of the Top Diets for 2023…and this year’s number one diet may be familiar to you.
The Medeterranian Diet, a plant-based diet focusing on fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean protein is their best diet for a sixth year in a row.
The DASH diet was second, followed by the Flexitarian Diet.
