Unique ways to cope with stress

We live in a stressful time…so we’re all looking for ways to cope.

Here are a couple you may want to try!

Study Finds says that dancing might be the best way to relieve stress because it combines four different natural stress relievers: Music, rhythm, movement and socialization.

Any of those things on their own can help with stress and anxiety but combining them all together is even better.

You may also want to sleep with a furry friend.

CNN reports that more and more adults are sleeping with stuffed animals for comfort.

It’s not just soothing for our kids…grown-ups can benefit from it for the same reason: Hugging something soft is just comforting.

It can help if you tend to lie in bed feeling stressed at night and it also can help you sleep, especially if you start associating it with sleep.

One expert said it’s a lot better than relying on sleeping pills or a glass of wine before bed.

There is MUCH truth in that!
