“Use Your Gift Card Day”

Get a gift card (or two) for Christmas?

It’s time to use them…or lose them!

Tomorrow is “Use Your Gift Card Day“, a friendly reminder to not let them sit in drawer somewhere and expire!

Over half of us say we have unused gift cards with an average of over $100 on them

Here are some tips to make sure you use them before you lose them;

  • Carrying them in your wallet, purse or vehicle
  • Keep a list in your wallet or purse of their value at various businesses
  • Add them to your mobile wallet or your accounts where you can

Some card balances go down every month…so get the most value out of them while you can!

Tomorrow is also “Bagel Day”…so if you won one of our gift cards for New York Bagel in downtown Cortland, it’d be a good day to use it! 🥯
