Want to exercise more? Go to sleep!

If you’d like to exercise more but can’t seem to do it, maybe you should sleep on it!

A new study in Inc found people who go to bed early are more likely to get some exercise the next day.

Those who went to bed by 9:00pm got about 30 more minutes of exercise the following day than “night owls” who stayed up until 1:00am!

Maybe “early birds” are just more on top of things or take their health more seriously…but that doesn’t mean you can’t adjust.

When “night owls” made a conscious effort to go to bed earlier, the amount of exercise they got went up almost automatically!

So if you want to get in better shape, turn off the TV, stop doomscrolling TikTok and get some rest!
