A new Science Daily study found that people who’ve exercised throughout their lives had the muscle mass, body fat, and cholesterol of someone HALF their age!

Not just that…their immune systems were similar to those in their 20s or 30s and thus less likely to get sick.

Researchers think that by staying in shape, they basically didn’t give their bodies a CHANCE to age!
