What makes a house a “home”?

A new survey asked people that question and the most common answers were:

• A good bed
• Family photos
• Having your own spot on the couch
• The memories you’ve made there
• A fridge full of food
• A bookshelf filled with your favorite books
• The smell of fresh cooking
• Newly washed sheets
• Where it’s located
• Having plenty of natural light

Other popular responses were a welcome mat out front, a really big TV and…fridge magnets. (?)
