What makes us happy

Given recent events…the hurricanes and the shootings in Vegas among other things…it can be tough to stay focused and upbeat.

A new survey in the Daily Mail has the simple things that make us happy…they are:

  • A kiss and a hug
  • Sharing a laugh with friends
  • Clean sheets (!)
  • Petting your dog or cat
  • Getting a good deal on something
  • Getting a compliment
  • Finding money
  • Hearing from an old friend
  • Doing a good deed
  • Having some lazy time where you just relax and do nothing

However you do it…we hope you find your “happy place” today! 😘
