What NOT to eat on an airplane

Ever been on a plane and someone opens up their tuna fish sandwich and starts munching away?

NOT the best experience.

All Recipes shares the “Four Commandments of Eating” on a plane:

Thou Shalt Not Eat Smelly Foods  No tuna or seafood, no garlic or onion, no hard-boiled eggs or strong cheeses.

Thou Shalt Not Eat Messy Foods  Things like ribs, powdered doughnuts, spaghetti, chili dogs, nachos and sloppy joes.

Thou Shalt Not Eat Foods with Allergens  You never know who’s allergic to what.

Thou Shalt Not Overindulge  It’s better for everyone involved if you limit your alcohol intake and stay hydrated with water instead

What are some safe in-flight food choices?

Dried or fresh fruit, crackers, chips, pretzels, a meat and cheese snack pack, hummus and vegetables, a muffin, chocolate and a granola or protein bar.

Let’s keep the skies friendly!
