What’s an “Everything Shower”? 🚿

The newest TikTok trend may leave you steaming…in a good way!

Healthline talks about the “Everything Shower”…and you’ll see why it’s viral.

It’s when you take an extra-long shower and basically give yourself a full spa treatment once a week!

Instead of just washing yourself down, an “Everything Shower” might include a facial treatment, a full-body exfoliator, a deep-conditioning hair mask or a detoxifying scalp scrub…eseentialy EVERY beauty product you have.

Some also light candles during it (like a bath) or sit around in a robe when they’re done to give it even more of a spa day feel!

Fans say it’s good for your physical and mental health…and we agree!
