What’s causing your aches and pains?

Did you wake up aching all over?

The NY Post reports that 41% of Americans sometimes have aches and pains from sleeping in a weird position!

Here are the other “painful” things:

  • Doing laundry
  • Heavy lifting
  • Yard work
  • Carrying groceries
  • Sitting for too long
  • Lifting or carrying your kids
  • Sports-related injuries
  • Injuries from working out
  • Using the stairs

Women are almost twice as likely than men to say they have daily aches and pains…we just hear about men’s more!
