The newest TikTok workout trend is right up our alley…”cozy cardio”
In The Know says it’s essentially doing any low-intensity workout in your living room while you make your environment as cozy as possible.
You might dim the lights, grab a few candles and put on some comfy clothes then turn on Netflix, have your favorite drink ready to go and do some light walking on a treadmill or anything that’s not too difficult.
And even though you’re not going hard, you’re still moving.
The great thing about “cozy cardio” is virtually ANYONE can do it and it could help you get into the habit of moving every day.
