When to leave a New Year’s Eve party

Heading to a New Year’s Eve party tomorrow night? How fun!

Just make sure you don’t leave too late…OR too early!

A new SWNS poll about New Year’s parties finds that 52% said you should stay no longer than an hour after the ball drops…but don’t leave too early, either!

45% also think it’s rude to take off before midnight.

By the numbers:

  • The average party will have 19 guests
  • The best things to bring are booze, desserts, other food and party favors
  • 60% have made a friend or met a significant other at a New Year’s party

So don’t skip that invite…just make sure to designate a driver!
