Now a new study finds that the time of day you work out can make a difference, too!
Women who work out in the morning are more likely to lose excess belly fat while evening exercise is better for men to burn fat.
Also women who workout in the evening increases their upper body muscular strength, power and endurance plus it improves their mood!
The study does point out that exercise at any time of day improves your health…so just DO it!
