Why you should make your bed

Do you wake up and make your bed every morning…or do you skip it because you’ll just get in it again tonight?

A new poll found there are distinct differences between bed makers and non-bed makers:

  • Bed makers have more close friends. Non bed-makers have less.
  • Bed makers are “morning people” and wake up earlier. 16 minutes earlier, in fact!
  • Bed makers say they’re adventurous, confident and sociable. Those who don’t are more likely to say they’re shy, moody, curious and sarcastic
  • Bed makers have more sex.  Three times a week on average versus two.

Bed makers are also more likely to enjoy jazz and watch shows like “House Hunters”…non-bed makers prefer “Seinfeld” and rock music.

Bed makers will also judge you for your non-bed-making ways…almost half said if they were dating someone who didn’t, it would be a turn-off and potential deal-breaker!

(Bed-making shaming? Who knew?)
