Why you shouldn’t start Keto today

Have you just started a Keto diet…or are thinking about it?

You may want to wait until the COVID-19 pandemic is under control.

Common symptoms of switching your body into ketosis are very “flu-like”…fatigue, nausea, body aches, sore throat and headaches…and can be misconstrued as Coronavirus ones, according to UPI and you may misdiagnose yourself (or at the least overworry yourself).

Your body can take up to a month or more to get used to the diet…so proceed with caution…and always consult your doctor before starting any diet regimen.
