We’re (finally) picking up steam in the fight against COVID-19 here in the Finger Lakes.

As of today, all New Yorkers 30 and older can get vaccinated…next Tuesday, April 6th anyone 16 and older becomes eligible.

Many have already been fully vaccinated…almost 17,000 in Tompkins County alone…and that number is growing every day.

The Biden administration is working on a COVID-19 vaccination “passport” which will make it easier for people to travel, especially internationally, as well as attend live events of all kinds.

New York has developed it’s own free app, called Excelsior Pass, that provides digital proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test for easier access to venues.

And don’t forget about your proof-of-vaccination card…once complete, bring it to Staples or Office Depot to get it laminated for free!
