Are you a creature of habit?

Are you a creature of habit?

To coin a phrase…YES!

A new poll in The Sun found that 80% of people admit to it and do many of the same things over and over again each day, like:

  • Sleep on the same side of the bed
  • Sit in the exact same spot on the sofa
  • Have the same bedtime routine
  • Style your hair the same way
  • Wear the same outfits over and over again
  • Shop at the same stores
  • Always use the same brand of toilet paper
  • Eat the same breakfast
  • Buy the same foods at the grocery store
  • Eat dinner at a specific time

Also on the list…going to bed and getting up at the same time, using the same coffee mug and ordering from the same restaurants.

Some of this is good, BTW…it keeps us “in rhythm” and prevents us from forgetting things.

Now where are my keys? 🤔
