Are you “burnt out”?

Is work getting the best of you?

The Daily Mail reports that theĀ  World Health Organization has officially classified “work burn out” as a new disease.

They define it as “chronic workplace stress that has not been successfully managed.”

Symptoms include exhaustion…feeling negative, cynical, or detached from your job…and less efficiency and effectiveness at work.

By 2022, doctors will be able to diagnose burn out and prescribe treatments that insurance companies should cover.

But if you suffer from it…don’t wait until 2022.

Talk to your health care professional about ways to treat it today.
